Requirements

  • Restaurant management: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong communication and line reporting procedures
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations
  • Managing front of house operation during various shifts including managing wait times
  • Communicating with kitchen and Kitchen Manager during peak hours
  • Ensuring all food handling and cleanliness standards are met and maintained
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining rooms
  • Manage performance of front of house employees
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction
