About The Position

The Service Manager oversees daily field operations and ensures maintenance services are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with contract requirements. This role directly supervises technicians and coordinates work execution. This role supports a potential contract.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of facilities or maintenance supervision experience
  • Strong leadership and field operations knowledge
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and work order management
  • Ability to work in secure facilities

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Assign work orders and manage daily priorities
  • Ensure technicians are properly trained, equipped, and compliant with safety requirements
  • Verify work completion and documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate with the Contract Manager and Government personnel
  • Support weekly coordination meetings when required
