About The Position

In this opportunity as a Service Manager, you will: The Service Manager role at Pagero is highly variable and includes diverse responsibilities. You will work together with Pageros strategic customers in different phases of the life cycle. The Service Manager is the cohesive link in ongoing project between sales, customers and the project team and has great opportunities to influence and make decisions. As a Service Manager you are also responsible for ensuring that the customer’s interest is taken care of throughout the customer journey. You’re the customer’s natural partner. You understand and get familiarized with the customer’s core business and will guide your customers to the best solution in the Pagero platform acting as the expert on Pagero Services.

Requirements

  • You have experience in leading project teams or working as a Success/Service Manager
  • You have a commercial vein and enjoy working side by side with the company’s sales representatives.
  • You can communicate with both a technical and non-technical receiver.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience of project management within the IT sector.
  • You have experience from integration projects.
  • You have an Academic degree with a focus on IT or Information System or similar work experience.
  • You are a customer focused team player.
  • You have a technical understanding and the ability to act as a knowledge advisor.
  • You have very good understanding of the flows of data and information.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) and/or Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Education in Project Management - certification is a bonus.
  • Sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Additional language skills is a bonus.
  • Experience working on international projects and/or as a consultant in customer implementation projects.

  • Business Analysis of new markets, countries, or services.
  • Presales guidance for assigned customers.
  • Leading Workshops with customers.
  • Internal improvement initiatives
