About The Position
Service Lead - Zeeks Pizza (Downtown Seattle) Help us turn Seattle on to an epic Northwest pizza & beer experience. We're looking for a Service Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and is eager to grow with a company that promotes from within. If you love good beer, good food, and good vibes - you'll fit right in. Must be 21+. Zeeks is all about providing a customer experience that is uniquely Northwest. We partner with our friends who make the best local craft beer, the farmers who grow the best produce, and the meat and cheesemakers who represent our values. We strip the attitude and pretension away that too often comes with the kick-ass goods we purvey and host a party, every day, where everyone is welcome.
Requirements
- 21+ with reliable, flexible availability (weekends are a must)
- Focused on creating exceptional guest experiences
- Team-oriented and confident leading a shift
- Gets stoked pouring the perfect pint and learning our rotating beer lineup
- Excited to take on more - ordering, scheduling, training... you're eager to learn!
- Understands that life is too short to work with assholes!
- PM Availability Required.

- Previous management or lead experience strongly preferred
