The Service Engineer I provides remote and on-site technical support to our customers across the US, Canada, and Mexico, utilizing a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service. This role focuses on repairs, process issues, and equipment optimization, serving as a trusted technical advisor. Responsibilities include conducting remote troubleshooting and diagnosis, as well as providing in-person support as needed at customer sites, including during the equipment installation process.
