About The Position

The Workshop Service Engineer is an in-house service representative and is responsible for fulfilling rebuilds, overhauls and preventive maintenance. The Workshop Service Engineer maintains his/her technical and product knowledge in order to provide best in class in-house service on customer owned Marel equipment and components. The Workshop Service Engineer works closely together with others within Service Main Tasks The primary tasks of the Work Shop Engineer are: Preparation for receiving and dispatching of equipment and/or components Execute troubleshooting, overhaul, maintenance, rebuild and/or repair as required Identify sales opportunities and inform manager Validate Installed base information and escalate any updates needed Process hours and expenses Conduct technical reporting Escalate unresolved concerns to manager and/or technical support Keep stakeholders informed/updated Confirm reception of a work order to the planner Review work order tasks and descriptions Debrief on work done and performance of the machine Report on quality issues and non-conformity (NCR) Other duties assigned due to the need of the business Benefits: JBT Marel offers benefits on day 1 of your employment. Responsibilities

Preparation for receiving and dispatching of equipment and/or components
Execute troubleshooting, overhaul, maintenance, rebuild and/or repair as required
Identify sales opportunities and inform manager
Validate Installed base information and escalate any updates needed
Process hours and expenses
Conduct technical reporting
Escalate unresolved concerns to manager and/or technical support
Keep stakeholders informed/updated
Confirm reception of a work order to the planner
Review work order tasks and descriptions
Debrief on work done and performance of the machine
Report on quality issues and non-conformity (NCR)
