About The Position

Hansel BMW is looking a full-time Service Drive Support to join our team!! The BMW Service Drive Support role is a dynamic and multifaceted position essential to the efficient operation of the Service Department. This position combines responsibilities across Concierge services, Valet duties, Business Development Center (BDC) support, Customer Vehicle Wash, and TSD loaner vehicle management to ensure an exceptional customer experience and seamless service drive operation. This position embraces opportunities to take on tasks or responsibilities beyond regular duties to contribute to team success and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Range The Service Drive Support position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $21.00

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and bring in vehicle presentation
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with TSD loaner management software or similar systems preferred
  • Dealership, valet, concierge, BDC, or vehicle care experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Customer Vehicle Care Perform high-quality exterior vehicle washes before customer delivery Ensure vehicles meet BMW presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash areas and equipment
  • Concierge & Customer Experience Welcome customers and assist with immediate needs upon arrival Communicate service processes, wait times, and available amenities Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors
  • Valet Services Safely park, retrieve, and stage customer vehicles Perform basic vehicle walk-arounds and document condition Maintain an organized and professional service drive
  • BDC & Administrative Support Answer customer calls, emails, and texts professionally Assist with scheduling service appointments and follow-ups Help update customer records and service documentation
  • Loaner Vehicle (TSD) Management Manage loaner vehicle check-in/check-out using TSD software Monitor fleet availability, cleanliness, mileage, and maintenance Clearly explain loaner policies and handle issues professionally
  • Team & Operational Support Assist the service team during peak hours Maintain knowledge of BMW products, services, and promotions Step in where needed to support overall department success
