About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Drive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support in our service department. You will be the first point of contact for customers as they bring their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout the service process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in using computers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Vacuum, clean windows and move vehicles where needed, once customer is checked in.
Test drive vehicles to assist with Quality Control when asked.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer requests and concerns are addressed.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and managing customer service records.
Manage service drive operations, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with service department staff to ensure all customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
