About The Position

We're looking for a highly organized, quick-thinking Service Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and know how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - this role is for you! Culligan provides healthy, delicious water for our customers in their homes, offices, businesses, and industrial facilities around the world. Our complete line of water softeners, water filtration systems, commercial and industrial water treatment solutions, drinking water systems, whole-house filtration systems and bottled water delivery options set the standard in the water treatment industry. This location is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the owner, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this location. All inquiries about employment at this location should be made directly to the location owner, and not to Culligan Corporate.

Requirements

• Strong Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure (things move fast here!)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in dispatching and scheduling
• Proficient with computers and basic office systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, team player

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service needs
• Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Manage work orders, data entry, and daily service logs
• Assist with general office support tasks as needed
