MetTel is seeking an organized, experienced Service Dispatcher. We are looking for a self-starter with the drive to succeed and someone who thrives in a highly pressured environment. Service dispatchers are the liaisons between service technicians and customers. They coordinate the scheduling of service appointments, track technician location and status, and relay information back and forth between technicians and customers. Service Dispatch is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring all service technicians are requested and confirmed. This role requires exemplary follow up skills and organization.
