About The Position
Bill Currie Ford is seeking an experienced Service Director with Ford dealership experience to lead our service operations. We are a family-owned dealership serving the Tampa community for over 65 years, with a newly updated service facility and a strong commitment to growth, customer service, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing a high-volume Ford service department, leading technicians and advisors, maintaining manufacturer compliance, and driving performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Prior Service Director or Fixed Operations leadership experience in a Ford dealership
- Strong knowledge of Ford systems, warranty procedures, and service operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
