One of TEKsystems' clients, a company headquartered in Birmingham with locations across the country, is looking for a Service Desk Technician. The IT Service Desk is the first line of support for the company's internal end users. Service Desk Specialists are responsible for escalations from technicians to resolution or elevating to Tier 3 support. Additional responsibilities would include support and adoption of the Microsoft 0365 offerings. The candidates are expected to service over 1600 employees, dozens of applications, and thousands of endpoints. 3 - 5 years IT Service Center experience. Advanced knowledge of supporting cloud-based applications. 3 - 5 years User Management, Azure Active Directory, identify password related issues and provide resolution. Experience in remote technical support via telephone in a service/call center environment First and second level laptop/desktop/application installation/OS, configuration, administration, and trouble-shooting skills Application software (including Office 365), and Intune.
