Description The Service Desk intern assists the Service Desk team members with providing best in class support of end users via Clune’s Help Desk. Responsibilities include imaging and repairing laptops, assisting with disposal of outdated and/or non-functioning equipment, assisting users with Moves/Adds changes, and printer maintenance. Essential Functions Provide level 1 support to end users. Build and deploy user equipment including workstations, phones, printers, and tablets. Beyond their regular duties, interns engage in an eight-week long Intern Learning Project that exposes them to the entire lifecycle of a construction project. Weekly sessions are led by our in-house Subject Matter Experts, including Superintendents from the field and Project Managers from the office, supplemented by presentations from departments such as Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Safety, and Risk Management. At the project's conclusion, interns collaborate in teams to present their findings and insights to office leadership.
