Job Title: Service Design Associate Manager Employer: PepsiCo, Inc. Location: 7701 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75024 Responsibilities Duties: Participate in the entire design process of our digital products & services from initial research, ideation, conceptualization and design, to testing and validation. Plan and conduct Primary and Secondary Research. Synthesize research and build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations that enable our teams to generate and iterate on new solutions. Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables. Plan and co-facilitate workshops internally and externally. Manage approaches that identify and solve complex problems. Create project deliverables such as low and hi fidelity UI prototypes, discussion guides for research, insights reports and presentations among other materials relevant to the client challenge while working within a Design System. Coordinate work activities with your digital team, Business teams, other IT services and as required. Communicate with business stakeholders in the process of Service Design, training and knowledge transfer. Influence product teams through data-based recommendations. Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, TX. #LI-DNI Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor's (US or Foreign Equivalent) degree in Design or Communication and five (5) years of experience in designing digital products & services. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: Industry standard design and research tools (Sketch or Figma, User Testing or equivalent online user research platform); Knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process, using a variety of methodologies including: Workshop facilitation, Wireframing, UI prototyping, and User Testing; Agile and SAFe methodology for teamwork and analytics ‘product’ creation; Designing responsive hybrid/native digital products for both mobile and desktop solutions; Workshop planning and facilitation; and Planning and conducting user research and user testing sessions including moderator guides to generate artifacts from synthesis. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: Designing, building and managing a Design System across our eco-system of products and services.
