About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our Service Department in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow within the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership

Nice To Haves

• Prior administrative experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payments and cashier transactions
• Handle light cashier responsibilities
• Perform filing, scanning, and basic administrative tasks
• Provide friendly and professional customer support
• Help keep the service department organized and running smoothly
• Support service advisors and staff as needed
