Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships, a premier auto dealership with over 40 years of success in Pennsylvania, is seeking an Automotive Service Porter. The company employs 1,200 individuals across 21 dealerships and offers opportunities for career growth. This role involves managing the flow of vehicles within the service areas, assisting service advisors with various tasks, ensuring customer vehicles are prepared for return after service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot and service stalls. The position requires a positive attitude when servicing customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Candidates are required to pass a background check
- Great customer service and communication skills necessary
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the auto group parking lot
- Work with the auto group service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
- Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed
- Service customer needs with a positive attitude
