Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving vehicles.

Nice To Haves

Basic mechanical knowledge or previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers as they arrive at the service department.
Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
Transport vehicles between service areas, parking lots, and customer locations safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out, including washing and vacuuming as needed.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to coordinate customer needs.
Ensure the service drive area and lot are organized and hazard-free.
Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
