About The Position

Join a team where luxury meets legacy. Fields Volvo Northfield is looking for a proactive, high-energy Service Greeter/Porter to be the first point of contact for our valued guests. Requirements

• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and safety protocols.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet service guests warmly and assist with valet transportation.
• Safely drive vehicles between the service lane, technician stalls, and parking lots.
• Partner with the car wash team to expedite the cleaning process for every guest vehicle.
• Create vehicle key tags and ensure the service drive remains clean and professional.
• Maintain the presentation of driveways and sidewalks to ensure a premium facility experience.
