Role: Service Delivery Lead Work location: Albany (2-3 days a week) Currently Looking at 6-12 month contract. Job Description: Service Delivery Lead • Accountable to the delivery of IOPS Veeva Phase 3-4 in 2026 and Phase 5 in 2027-2028. Partner with Business Process Owners • Drive technical delivery of QMS Modules, currently we have 14 in scope • Team Management – Contribute knowledge on how IOPS will hire and develop the team to manage capacity, utilization, Run activities • Manage escalations to the PM’s and ensure technical solutions are delivered with Quality and that Scope is managed. • Coordinate across projects and other Veeva functions to ensure lessons learned and best practices are shared to improve service delivery • Provide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorship • Contribute knowledge for Veeva integrations with other Pillar Systems (ERP, Lab Systems, HR Systems, Data Lake) • Develop Project KPIs, Operational KPIs, and User Adoption Grade D1/D2
