About The Position

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role within FORTÉ by serving as the initial point of contact for service issues being reported by our customers. This role will support FORTÉ Customers and will be a member of the ProSupport Services team. This person will be responsible for Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management. It will support the Service Contracts sold by the branch and MS Practice to achieve our business revenue, gross profit (GP) and profitability objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations and methodologies.
  • Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage.

Nice To Haves

  • CTS certification is preferred.
