Join a team where your voice is heard, your ideas have power, and your career can grow.What You'll Do:The Service Delivery and Enablement Manager leads customer pilot programs, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver strong outcomes and ensure a seamless transition to long-term customer success. Reporting to the Director of Process Optimization, this role drives structured onboarding, clear governance, and measurable results, while partnering with Sales and Finance to support account discipline and key milestones.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, customer implementation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, customer experience, and change management.
  • Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of PMP techniques and/or PMP certification required. Ability to leverage project management tools and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in supply chain, retail, or service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of customer pilot programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Transportation, Sustainability) to deliver seamless pilots and transitions
  • Establish and track pilot milestones, KPIs, and program performance
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and reporting throughout each program
  • Partner with Process Optimization to improve onboarding and rollout processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized playbooks and governance models
  • Ensure consistent, scalable execution across all customer pilots
  • Support Sales and Finance in strengthening account discipline and operational readiness
  • Reinforce Salesforce pipeline accuracy and ensure proper deal documentation
  • Enable strong execution while maintaining clear ownership with Sales
  • Lead change management efforts tied to pilot programs to ensure adoption and readiness
  • Conduct post-pilot reviews to identify improvements and drive continuous optimization
  • Develop and maintain clear, standardized documentation for processes, tools, and reporting
