This role is for someone who comes alive in front of an audience: you're a skilled facilitator who makes complex software feel approachable, builds confidence in learners, and drives real behavior change. Working closely with the Sr. Product Enablement Manager (Content & Curriculum), you'll take expertly crafted training materials and bring them to life through live webinars, customer workshops, internal enablement sessions, and office hours. You'll also be on the frontlines of adoption — identifying where customers aren't engaging with features and partnering with CRMs to close those gaps.
