About The Position

Service Coordinator Job functions and duties Dispatches, schedules, and coordinates the work of Field Technicians daily. Prioritizes the need and urgency of service request calls. Directly communicates scheduling of all on site work with our customers in advance. Responsible for understanding and managing our cost containment in the performance of our PM. Agreement portfolio as well as the Demand Service and Projects work. Responsible for issuing and accurately entering PO’s provided to Field Technicians. Engages in follow-up communication with our customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Functions as a constant contact between the field and the office. Keeps Field Technicians informed of the status for needed parts or materials to complete assigned tasks. Daily reconciles truck inventory. Daily completes open work orders to prepare for billing. Daily scrubs open work orders to prepare labor for payroll. Attends and participates in scheduled weekly / monthly Team Meetings. Orders parts and renews contracts. Job setup/scheduling/technician time tracking via COINS. Processes purchase orders and reconciles purchase order log. Maintains an active log of existing service contracts and monthly billings to assist management in revenue forecasting. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC Service
  • 4-year College Degree
  • Strong Excel, Microsoft Office skills
