About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Service Coordinator / Administrator located in our Bordentown, NJ facility. This position is responsible for scheduling technicians, submitting estimates to customers, and tracking appointment and billing flow for the service department. Compensation: $25.00/hr. Note: This role is a 6-month project

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED / or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as an administrative assistant to the equipment repair service team
  • Schedule repair technicians for site visits for customers in NJ, PA, and DE
  • Receive customer service requests via phone & e-mail and schedule accordingly
  • Maintain up-to-date records of estimates submitted to customers, repair services in process, and services completed
  • Log all completed service orders and then submit them for billing
  • Collaborate with customers, technicians, and service staff during the repair process (estimates, approvals, schedule, completion) and provide updates and repair status
