As a Service Coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate high attention to detail while managing fire alarm monitoring customers with setup, communications with regional offices, customers, technicians, and more. You will also enter and update customer information into our data management software and portals as well as facilitate communication between Ahern and our customers. Other aspects of this role will be assisting and troubleshooting issues with technicians, reviewing invoices, and acting as the overall Subject Matter Expert. Strong data entry and formatting skills, focus on quality control of data input, and attention to detail is essential as you support our many offices.
