The Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the daily schedules of the Service Technicians and handling incoming service calls. Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Dispatch Coordinator will also maintain our customer/service order customer database and keep customers informed at every step in the process from dispatch schedule to lead times to the final call confirming that service has been delivered and the customer is happy. The Dispatch Coordinator may also assist with on-demand parts sourcing.
