About The Position

At Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, the Service Coordinator serves as the key conduit between customers and the sales and service departments. This role involves assisting customers and sales personnel who request service, scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians and contractors to complete the work. The Service Coordinator is also responsible for ordering parts, products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation, ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs to analyze profitability. Requirements

• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
