About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our service team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers by handling communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service or service department experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and dealership management systems
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls and text messages professionally and promptly
  • Schedule service appointments accurately in our system
  • Reach out to customers when special-order parts have arrived to schedule follow-up appointments
  • Respond to all online service appointment requests in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent communication between customers and the service department
  • Support the service team with general administrative tasks as needed
