About The Position

Fire Protection Services LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Team. You will have an impact on our operations by making sure our field team has the tools, parts and information they need to get the job done. You will also impact revenue by making sure completed jobs are closed out and billed asap. The ideal candidate will greet each day with positivity as they guide jobs through the process from start to finish. FPS was founded in 1988 and is a locally owned and operated company. Requirements

Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills and experience with a variety of systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the service industry or a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage the Service Team schedule to ensure it is filled at least two weeks in advance
Monitor submitted quotes and turn approvals into jobs
Track, order, receive and prepare materials and special items needed for approved jobs
Provide a variety of support to the Service Team
Quickly complete jobs so that they can be billed
Keep customers informed with clear, consistent and friendly communication
