About The Position

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support a team of technicians by coordinating schedules, managing customer communications, and serving as a central point of contact between customers, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and with ability to work independently and efficiently in an industrial-type environment! Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and technicians Answer incoming phone calls for the Service Department Maintain multiple databases with accurate data Work with B.U.M and lead tech to schedule jobs and maintain a documented job schedule Coordinate with the lead tech to assign technicians on jobs and keep efficient Communicate with customers on job status and timelines Ability to multi-task duties without error Maintain organized file systems Generate invoices breakdown based on project milestones and project estimate sheet Create quotes using existing software and database systems Prepare documentation paperwork needed for technician jobs Prioritize events and switch focus rapidly Ability to lift up to 20lbs when assisting with miscellaneous duties Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
