The Lead Service Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. Acting as the right-hand to the Service Manager, this position ensures efficient workflow coordination, accurate parts procurement, and effective inventory management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work collaboratively with service teams and customers. You Will: Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day service department operations Serve as a central communication point between technicians, vendors, and customers Purchase parts for floor care equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner Process parts orders for technicians and customers, ensuring accuracy and availability Maintain strong relationships with suppliers Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock of critical parts and supplies Utilize machine diagrams and schematics to identify correct parts Maintain organized documentation of equipment manuals Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the status of service and parts orders You Have:
