A level I service coordinator will build and maintain good relationships with Builders/Homeowners. Monitor builder schedules and set expectations for service requests. Research and order any missing inventory to resolve incomplete orders and order warranty and damaged replacements. Work closely with the scheduling, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow workflow procedures throughout the department. Schedule and communicate with technicians.
