About The Position

Create and manage Preventative Maintenance program, increasing departmental revenue through additional efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• Five years technician experience
• Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate and encourage employee involvement

Responsibilities

• Create Preventive Maintenance schedule for Lube Technicians, working closely with Service managers and customers
• Dispatch Lube Technicians
• Manage Lube Technicians, providing direction as required
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance quotes for customers
• Input data regarding equipment, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related items into computerized maintenance system
• Open and close work orders
• Ensure oil sample protocol is adhered to by Lube Technicians
• Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed
• Monitor operational performance and efficiencies
• Other tasks as requested by manager
