Contract Manager
About The Position
RieLes Group is seeking experienced Contract Manager who are interested in working in the Minneapolis, MN area. These positions support federal medical readiness operations for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense, working with the Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) to ensure Soldier medical readiness, compliance, and deployment preparation. Services directly impact operational readiness, medical case tracking, and records management for military personnel across the state of Maine. Contract Manager U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) / Department of Defense (DoD) – Maine Army National Guard Contractor: RieLes Group Work Locations: 194 Winthrop Street, Augusta, ME 04333 Brunswick, ME Bangor, ME Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Schedule / Shift: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts (typically between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) No nights, weekends, or holidays (unless mission requires)
Responsibilities
- Designated in writing to the Contracting Officer (KO)
- Acts as primary liaison between contractor and COR
- Oversees daily operations and performance compliance
- Implements and manages Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Ensures all services remain within contract scope
- Responsible for workforce compliance and reporting
