The Service Contract Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting IPS’s recurring service operations by coordinating inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, monitoring account administration, service agreements, and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) activities. This role helps ensure that contracted services are delivered accurately, documented properly, and executed in a way that reflects IPS’s commitment to creating peace of mind for our customers. The Service Operations Coordinator serves as a key connection point between customers, technicians, sales, service, accounting, and monitoring partners to help ensure work is completed with excellence and consistency. This role supports both internal and external customers by helping IPS operate as One Company, working collaboratively across departments to deliver reliable service experiences.
