Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, positive personality with a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
Cash handling experience and familiarity with 10-key a plus
Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a bonus)
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Accurately process customer payments for service and parts invoices (cash, check, and credit transactions).
Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
Assist customers with service-related paperwork, including loaner vehicle agreements and documentation.
Provide friendly, professional customer support at the cashier desk.
Answer service and payment-related questions or direct customers to appropriate staff.
Perform light administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier/work area.
Collaborate closely with the Service and Parts teams to support smooth daily operations.
Other duties as assigned.
