Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • A true team player with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Friendly, prompt, and professional communication style
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple software systems
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and help schedule service and sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product and service information and connect them with the right dealership resources
  • Present basic financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that aren’t ready to book or that missed their appointment
  • Build positive relationships with teammates, sales staff, and dealership leadership
  • Participate in team meetings and process-improvement sessions
  • Track all customer interactions daily using our CRM system
