About The Position
Thelen Subaru Thelen Auto Group is looking for you to be our next Service Booker! Begin your automotive career with our Service Team and contribute your administrative professionalism in: Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking in and out loaner/rental vehicles Filing Pre-writing service correspondence Processing paperwork Making coffee and filling snacks Assisting with other administrative duties as needed Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
