About The Position

Antwerpen Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and professional In-House BDC Represenative to support our Service Department . This position focuses on outbound and inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments, follow up with existing customers, and help drive service retention. This is an on-site position at Antwerpen Chevrolet and is ideal for someone with prior dealership or service BDC experience who is looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a dealership BDC or service department (strongly preferred)
• Strong phone communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments
• Answer inbound calls related to service scheduling and follow-ups
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
• Accurately update customer information and notes in the CRM
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused phone presence
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
