About The Position

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between the service department customer and their vehicle's service. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, services and their vehicles. Handling all incoming phone and internet service department leads, contacting the clients and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, will schedule daily appointments. Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00-$22.00 per hour. Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Promote an understanding of and strong commitment to client satisfaction & the Mossy team
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Follow up with leads to make an appointment with service department
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Maintain comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products and services offered
