This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between the service department customer and their vehicle's service. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, services and their vehicles. Handling all incoming phone and internet service department leads, contacting the clients and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, will schedule daily appointments. Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
