About The Position
Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our busy Service Department! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking to people, and can manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining excellent customer service, we want to meet you!
Requirements
- Previous experience in a BDC , customer service , or call center environment preferred (automotive experience a plus!).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound service calls.
- Schedule service appointments and confirm customer details accurately.
- Greet and assist customers over the phone and in person with professionalism and care.
- Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, updates, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
