The Service Associate I is responsible for completing face-to-face customer banking transactions, selling and cross-selling bank products and services, and providing exceptional customer service. This role supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank, complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures, and supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
