About The Position

Joe Pecheles Volkswagen & Greenville Audi seek a friendly, customer-oriented, self-starter to join their Service Team as the Dealership Service Assistant. The Service Assistant oversees general lot maintenance & clean up, supports the Service Team by running errands, delivering supplies across campus, moves customer vehicles, fuels up vehicles, keeps the loaner vehicles in sound working condition, and manages a busy schedule providing customers with transportation to their destinations. The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00AM until 6:00PM, have a clean Motor Vehicle report, and a record for excellent attendance & punctuality. This entry-position will interact with all Departments, providing the opportunity to advance and grow. Requirements

Friendly, customer-oriented, self-starter
Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00AM until 6:00PM
Clean Motor Vehicle report
Record for excellent attendance & punctuality
Ability to follow directions
Must be able to lift 30lbs safely
Clear and Valid Driver's License
Be customer service oriented
Positive attitude
Record for punctuality and consistent attendance
Willing to complete preliminary background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Sanitizes customer vehicles
Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Cleans driveway and sidewalks
Provides Shuttle Service
Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Makes key tags for vehicles.
Coordinates loaner vehicle check-in, and check-out
Performs other duties as assigned.
