We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented service and warranty manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to provide management, planning and execution of all aspects of service and warranty across all product categories – roofing and windows. Role Description and Expectations Promote and comply with all company safety policies Maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures necessary to facilitate service Manage daily operations of service and warranty to ensure the highest level of customer service, while addressing issues quickly Must be able to troubleshoot issues for warranty services Manage internal process for each warranty service from set-up to Understand the requirements of the customer (internal/external) and quality work Track changes to work Keep detailed notes. Recommend best practices, improvements for production, performance, quality and safety in our Service Department Provide reporting as deemed Performs window and door measurements and places orders through manufacturer portals as needed Actively communicate with vendors for products needed to complete Conduct post installation quality control checks for window/door installations Ability to travel as required Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Service/Warranty (Experience with roofing and window repair needed)
  • Iphone and Ipad skills, required including Microsoft
  • 3- 5 years of experience in exterior home remodeling (installation and/or repair)
  • Self-motivated and dynamic individual
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methods
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, multi-task, work independently and make informed/correct decisions using best quality
  • Have solid time management, organizational and planning skills in order to maintain schedules, budgets and track progress of multiple services at a
  • Broad knowledge of service and warranty principles, practices and
  • Ability to perform in a team
  • Willing to learn and accept
  • Perform work sitting, standing, walking and on jobsites for 8-10 hours per day, 5 days
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and go between jobsites and office
  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; computer
