Hyundai of Sherman is hiring experienced, high-performing Service Advisors who are ready to take control of their income and grow with a thriving Service Center. As a customer-facing, sales-driven role, our Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide transparent pricing, and partner closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience-while maximizing their earning potential.

Requirements

Tech‑savvy and efficient with customers
Quick learner, ready to produce fast
Physically active throughout the day
Strong communicator who drives revenue
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
A valid driver's license is required
Candidates must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening processes

Responsibilities

Sell & Close: Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
Earn More: Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
Upsell Smart: Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
Manage Flow: Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
Support Customers: Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
