Requirements
- Flexible availability to maximize commissions
- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Tech‑savvy and efficient with customers
- Quick learner, ready to produce fast
- Physically active throughout the day
- Strong communicator who drives revenue
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening processes.

Responsibilities
- Sell & Close: Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
- Earn More: Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
- Upsell Smart: Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
- Manage Flow: Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
- Support Customers: Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
