As a customer-facing, sales-driven role, our Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide transparent pricing, and partner closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience-while maximizing their earning potential.

Requirements

Flexible availability to maximize commissions
Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
Tech‑savvy and efficient with customers
Quick learner, ready to produce fast
Physically active throughout the day
Strong communicator who drives revenue
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening processes.

Responsibilities

Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
