Our busy Chevrolet dealership is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing service department — we want to talk to you. You are the bridge between our guests and our technicians — and one of the most important roles in the dealership.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus!)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
  • Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
  • Provide accurate estimates and timelines
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Keep guests updated throughout the repair process
  • Deliver a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience
  • Maintain strong CSI and retention levels
