About The Position

Welcome to an exceptional opportunity to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art service facility located in the heart of the scenic Wood River Valley. Moment Automotive is fully dedicated to providing white-glove service for Porsche, Audi and other high-end vehicles, and we’re looking for a seasoned Service Advisor who can match that standard of excellence. Here’s what makes this role unique: A newly built, cutting-edge facility in a luxury/resort region—offering the chance to establish and shape a service culture from the ground up. A clientele that expects trusted, premium service for their high-performance and luxury vehicles—your role will be central to that experience. The Wood River Valley (Hailey / Sun Valley / Ketchum) offers a desirable lifestyle and environment—beyond the dealership walls you’ll be in one of Idaho’s most iconic resort-regions. While the facility is part of a larger automotive group, Moment Automotive operates as a standalone service point, giving you autonomy and visibility in the business. Ideal for a Service Advisor currently in the Boise or Twin Falls area who’s looking to step into a next-level luxury-brand service role, relocate, or seek an elevated environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive service environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced but premium environment; ability to work with high-expectation clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to translate technical issues into clear, trustworthy client messaging.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capability: handling several clients/ROs, interacting with multiple departments, managing expectations.
  • Comfortable leveraging technology to manage workflow, client communication, and service operations efficiently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with personal accountability for the guest experience and departmental goals.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage clients in a professional, friendly, high-touch manner and serve as their dedicated advisor throughout the service process.
  • Listen attentively to vehicle and client concerns (for Porsche, Audi, other luxury/high-performance cars), document symptoms clearly, and ensure accurate communication to technicians.
  • Present and explain maintenance and repair recommendations to clients in language they understand, ensuring transparency and confidence in each service visit.
  • Create accurate repair orders, estimates, and invoices, coordinating with technicians, parts and service scheduling for smooth workflow.
  • Provide proactive status updates to clients from vehicle drop-off to delivery; review completed work with the client at delivery and ensure full satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients—earning trust, loyalty and driving retention in a premium service environment.
  • Stay current on luxury/high-performance vehicle technology, service campaigns and best-practice standards.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, parts, scheduling and management to ensure operating excellence in the department’s performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation plan tied to performance (service revenue, retention, client satisfaction) and supported by a premium-brand environment.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, with optional supplemental coverage for additional peace of mind.
  • Life insurance coverage.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.
  • Paid holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
