You’ll blend technical know-how with top-tier customer service to deliver an experience that’s as smooth as a freshly tuned engine.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive service advising (bonus points for Jeep or off-road knowledge!)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A customer-first mindset and a love for solving problems
  • Familiarity with dealership software (CDK,)
  • Valid driver’s license and a sense of adventure

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them through the service process like a pro.
  • Break down diagnostics and repair recommendations in a way that builds trust and confidence.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate service and timely turnarounds.
  • Create estimates, manage repair orders, and handle warranty claims with precision.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with customers—no jargon, no surprises.
  • Go above and beyond to make every customer feel like part of the Jeep family.
